  • Payment Data: All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/Wix Payments). Pennypics does not store your credit card details.

2. Image Usage & Client Consent

The privacy of your portraits is paramount. I believe you should feel entirely comfortable with how your story is shared.

  • Post-Session Consent: I only ask for permission to share images after you have seen your final gallery. This allows you to review your portraits privately before deciding if you would like any of them featured.

  • Explicit Permission: Your digital portraits are stored securely and are never used for marketing, social media, or portfolio display without your explicit permission following the delivery of your images.

  • Selective Sharing: Many families choose to share a few favorite moments while keeping others entirely private. We will discuss these preferences together to ensure you are in complete control.

  • Discretion & Anonymity: For high-profile individuals or families requiring absolute privacy, I offer fully private commissions where images are never archived in public-facing galleries or used for any promotional purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

  • Deliver your private, password-protected digital galleries.

  • Send occasional studio updates or milestone reminders (you may opt-out at any time).

4. Data Storage & Security

The Pennypics website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data is stored through secure databases behind a firewall.

Digital image files are archived using professional, encrypted gallery hosting services designed for photographer-client confidentiality.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Directories

We never seel your data. To help families and professionals find our services, we maintain a presence on various reputable platforms and directories, including but not limited to:

  • Bing

  • Apple Maps

  • Yell.com

6. Your Rights & Updates

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information and portraits at any time. We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practice; updates take effect immediately upon posting.
