General FAQ's

Can we include grandparents?

Of course, they are part of the family. A family reunion is a perfect chance for a photoshoot.

Should we bring anything to the session?

It's great if you can bring along some of your child's favorite toys, games, balls, kites, bubbles – anything that you enjoy doing together as a family. Snacks are also a good idea to make children feel good and gratified :) You can bring additional outfits in different colors. Usually, little girls are happy to change dress while the boys it depends on the mood.

I would like a record of my children as they grow.

I offer convenient packages for subsequent shoots. I aim to provide you with an ongoing record of your and your family's journey through life. It's always rewarding for clients to mix the seasons and locations with subsequent shoots.

What should I wear myself and my children?

I recommend not to break your habits for a family session. It is essential that your clothing makes you feel comfortable and reflects your personality. The photos will gain spontaneity and lightness.
Wear solid colors, avoid stripes and designs because these tend to distract the eye from the face. For the parents - If possible, avoid turtlenecks and dresses that are too baggy. Pay attention to "Capri shorts" ;)
Soft, muted colors in neutrals or pastels such as denim, blues, creams, and pinks, flatter most skin tones and work well in natural, organic locations. I like primary and vivid colors that convey personality and playfulness. Layers, knits, floaty dresses on mums, and sweet small prints on children can be so lovely. Formal clothing could be trendy. Long story short, I'm available to chat with you if you would like a second opinion or bring a few different outfit options with you.

I want to book a session but I'm nervous.

Ok. It's normal to be nervous. Everyone is nervous. Life is a constant challenge. London is hectic and offers so many opportunities that we risk missing, and we end up not doing. Here is one thing that we have to try at least once in our lifetime: go up on stage. You will be amazed at how a simple photo portrait session can increase your awareness and confidence. You'll have a great time, and when you see your gorgeous images, it will be worth it.

I have no idea how to pose. How is your approach to the photoshoot?

A personal portrait session is not a burden and a formal activity as one might expect. You do not need to be a professional actor and a fashion model with proven experience. It's a funny play. In any case, don't worry. If you need it, I'll guide you kindly on how to pose better, catch the light, and where to look. All you have to do is show up and have fun.

Do you do black & white?

es, of course. I love Blak & White. In your photo gallery, you will find a broad selection of photographs in black & white.

How do you edit your images?

Editing is a creative way to boost an image. I touch up my photos, focusing on those details that are necessary for the long run. In my case, less is more. I enhance colours and improve the skin without overacting. In my career, I have learned that the best photographic post-production strategy is simple. Make as few mistakes as possible on set during shooting.
